From Nov. 1 to Nov. 2, the Chairman and General Manager Mr. Zhang Xia, Vice General Manager and Chief Scientist Deng Wendong visited Dutch National Metrology Institute（VSL）and KEMA Laboratories in Netherlands to discuss international calibration and testing cooperation for high voltage energy metering equipment.

In the VSL, the Chief Metrologist Dr. Gert, warmly welcomed everyone"s visit and introduced the business of the VSL. Both sides discussed in detail the calibration methods of the high-voltage testing equipment, and reached a preliminary calibration scheme.

In KEMA Laboratory, the Director of Business Development/Innovation, Mr. Bas introduced KEMA Laboratory. Mr. Deng introduced in detail the high voltage energy measurement and testing equipment, and the development of high voltage measurement technology in domestic and foreign markets. Both sides reached a preliminary intention on the cooperation of high voltage meter and testing equipment, and made preliminary plans on the calibration of testing equipment, the formulation of testing methods for high-voltage meters, and certification.

The visit to the VSL and KEMA laboratories is of great significance to the development of the international market. WISDOM will take advantage of the opportunity to further deepen the communication, exchange and cooperation with VSL and KEMA and lay a foundation for the follow-up development of the international market.
