The 10kV high-voltage electrical energy metering equipment inspection device is the first high-voltage electrical energy metering equipment inspection device in China to obtain a level 0.05 overall calibration certificate from the China Institute of Metrology. It realizes the transfer of the national measurement standard of high-voltage electrical energy to the working standard. At the same time, it also obtained a level 0.05 overall calibration certificate from the National Institute of Metrology of the Netherlands, which realizes the comparison of the measurement standards of high-voltage electrical energy between different countries. It subverts the traditional high-voltage energy metering system, replaces the original comprehensive error evaluation with direct measurement errors, and improves the accuracy level of the entire high-voltage energy metering system.
