On the morning of June 20, the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee and the Provincial People"s Government held the province"s Science and Technology Innovation Conference in Jinan to honor the winning projects of the 2022 Shandong Science and Technology Award. The project "Development and Application of Key Technologies for Direct Measurement of High Voltage Electrical Energy" completed by Yantai Dongfang Wisdom Electric CO., LTD won the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Shandong Province. The project has successfully developed the first 0.2S-level direct access high-voltage smart meter in China, solving the problem that high-voltage energy cannot be measured directly and subverting the traditional high-voltage energy metering industry, and the overall technical level of the project has reached "international leading".

The project realizes the direct metering of electricity on the high-voltage side of the power transmission and distribution process, which is of far-reaching significance for the development of the power metering industry. In the previous power transmission and distribution process, the voltage transformer + current transformer + energy meter method is used to indirectly measure the amount of transmitted power. For a long time, the accuracy, safety and convenience of metering have become the constraints on the development of the industry. The project of "Development and Application of Key Technologies for Direct Measurement of High Voltage Electrical Energy"  has solved the three major problems of high-impedance and high-temperature stability voltage sampling, high-voltage side direct power supply, and high-voltage side direct replacement of components, which fundamentally improves the accuracy of metering, eliminates ferromagnetic resonance, and realizes the non-stop replacement of wear parts, and realizes the direct measurement of high-voltage side electricity measurement. The project technology eliminates high-consumption high-voltage transformers, saves a lot of raw materials such as copper and insulation materials, reduces production and work energy consumption, and drives the high-voltage energy metering industry chain to realize new development. At the same time, it helps to realize the goal of sustainable development and provides customers with more accurate, safer and easier-to-use solutions.
