The DCC project was signed in July 2021 and construction began in November 2021 as an important part of the modernization of Nepal Electricity Authority. After the completion of the project, it will serve as the transmission and distribution control hub of Nepal"s national grid, realizing the automated management, monitoring and control of the 11kV and below distribution system in Nepal"s Kathmandu Valley, improving the operational reliability of Nepal"s distribution system, reducing the length of regional power outages, and laying a solid foundation for the creation of a "digital NEA".

As a typical project for the construction of an overseas pre-positioned modular data center and distribution dispatching control center set, the project has successfully completed the design and FAT acceptance of SCADA/DMS/OMS system, and the civil foundation project has been completed, and is rapidly advancing the lifting, installation and equipment connection of the three-story building

On June 7, 2022, Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Director General Kurman Jisin visited the site of the Prefabricated Capsule Data Center and Distribution Command and Control Center Construction (DCC) project at Suchatar Load Dispatch Center in Kathmandu to guide the project. He expressed his high recognition and affirmation of Wisdom"s continuous promotion of the project during the epidemic, overcoming factors such as rising prices, and expressed his hope that Wisdom"s team would, as always, keep up the good work and make this project an international benchmark project for prefabricated pod-type data centers and distribution control centers, which would lead to the rapid improvement of NEA"s electric power level and service capacity, and the early realization of the "Digital NEA".
