On April 10, the Nanjing University of Science and Technology - WISDOM University-Enterprise Cooperation Symposium and Employment Internship (Practice) Base Signing and Unveiling Ceremony was successfully held at WISDOM Industrial Park. Attendees included Qu Yi, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Automation at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NUST), Wang Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Automation, and Wang Jun, Vice Dean of the School of Automation. WISDOM’s General Manager, Xie Jianguo, and other company leaders were also present at the unveiling ceremony. Secretary Qu and General Manager Xie jointly unveiled the employment internship (practice) base.

Secretary Qu and his team first toured the company’s digital exhibition hall and office environment. They listened to an introduction on WISDOM’s Central District development plans and learned about the company"s business focus, innovation capabilities, and level of intelligent manufacturing. They praised WISDOM’s rapid growth and its efforts in talent recruitment and development.

During the symposium, General Manager Xie warmly welcomed Secretary Qu and his team to WISDOM. He provided an overview of the company’s business layout, development direction, technical capabilities, and talent recruitment. Mr. Xie mentioned that in the coming years, there will be a large demand for talent in areas such as industrial park planning and platform development. He expressed hope that NUST would continue to provide strong support in talent acquisition and the transformation of research achievements. Following this, Secretary Qu introduced NUST and the School of Automation in terms of its history, disciplines, faculty, scientific research, talent development, and academic environment. He also inquired about the progress of alumni working at WISDOM, expressing his pleasure at their rapid growth in their respective positions. Secretary Qu stated that the school will continue to recommend and provide outstanding talent for WISDOM.

Both parties had in-depth discussions on innovation, entrepreneurship, talent development, and university-enterprise collaboration, reaching a consensus. They agreed to leverage their respective advantages to continue collaboration in areas such as student internships and practical training, early employment preparation, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements, aiming to achieve comprehensive cooperation and promote mutual growth.
